The Data & Business Analyst – Marketing ensures high data quality, business-ready service data across local and global systems, supporting IB readiness and marketing operations. The role focuses on data accuracy, governance, automation opportunities, and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance reliability. This position improves service data quality and IB readiness, enables efficient data cleansing, and supports better business visibility through stakeholder coordination and process optimization. Data Quality & Governance Identify inconsistencies, missing data, duplicates and anomalies across local and global datasets. Improves the reliability of service data used for business reviews, campaign targeting, FSR performance tracking and marketing decisions. Supports governance adherence by validating business logic, documenting data corrections and enabling root cause analysis.
