Senior Analyst, Health Workforce Information, Indicators, Methods and Tools

The Senior Analyst plays a key role in organizing and leveraging the pan‑Canadian data CIHI holds. This may involve data management, developing and maintaining data and information standards (e.g., methodologies, indicators, and statistics), preparing relevant documentation, providing client support, assessing data quality, producing statistics, fulfilling custom data requests, conducting analysis and contributing to analytical reports. The Senior Analyst participates in department/branch projects and initiatives, as well as other special projects as required.

This position focuses on the planning, design, development and execution of a comprehensive range of analytical products, including written analytical reports, indicators, methods, and business intelligence tools related to health workforce reporting.
