The Senior Renewals & Assumption Analyst will oversee every aspect of the mortgage assumption process, from intake to completion. This includes reviewing borrower structure changes, coordinating documentation, and securing necessary approvals through AML processes. You will also support the renewals team with reporting and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely transactions.
