Senior Analyst - Finance Operations (Payroll & Statutory Compliance)

Sr Analyst II Finance Operations Job Description: Essential Job Functions · Perform the regular Payroll / Statutory compliance process related activities along-with the fundamental validations. · Ensure correct computation of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and statutory deductions (e.g., Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and TDS). · Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory returns such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and other relevant filings. · Assists department in completing and understanding of statutory changes made by Government. · Ensure compliance with all labour and taxation laws related to payroll, including timely payment of PF, ESI, and other statutory dues. · Handle the employee queries and provide apt resolution on time for PF activities. · Keep up to date with changes in labour laws and tax regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant with all relevant...
