Senior Analyst, Enterprise Financial Planning

What you’ll do Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning, the Senior Analyst, Enterprise Financial Planning will support all banners at CTC and play a crucial role in creating and managing financial plans, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive strategic decision‑making.

Support Merchandise Financial Plan : Assisting in the creation and management of the Annual Merchandise Financial Plan (MFP) for all banners.

Reconciliation : Supporting reconciliation of top‑down vs bottom‑up MFPs by working closely with banner planning functions.

Performance Tracking : Monitoring monthly sales/margin performance against plans and forecasts; identifying trends that will inform long‑term financial forecasts.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting on key performance metrics across all banners.
