As Senior AI Tech Lead, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader for Agentic AI solutions across PoC, MVP, and Production. You will translate architecture and product intent into a concrete build plan and drive implementation with the team. You will define and enforce engineering practices to ensure testability and operational readiness. You will own development of key agentic components, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop flows, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
