Senior AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions. The successful candidate will build AI‑powered customer service solutions including AI Agents, virtual assistants, voicebots, and conversational IVR applications using Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS cloud services . This role requires close collaboration with architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing AI solutions for large enterprise environments.
