Senior Agile Facilitator for Scaled Delivery

Applaudo in Medellín is seeking an Agile Facilitator to empower teams in delivering value through collaboration and Agile best practices. You will lead technical teams, ensure effective collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Agile roles, strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, and excellent communication skills. Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients.
