• Drive social performance and community relations across projects and operations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, Indigenous engagement, social investment and agreement compliance.
• Support project development through stakeholder engagement and cultural heritage coordination.

The Opportunity:

Join Gold Fields’ Community Relations team and help manage stakeholder relationships, social risks and community engagement across our exploration and operational portfolio. A key focus of the role is supporting native title relationships, agreement compliance and positive outcomes for Traditional Owners and local communities.

We have two maximum term contract opportunities for 12-18 months. These roles are offered on an 8/6 roster and is available either FIFO from Perth or on a residential basis in the Goldfields Region (Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, or Coolgardie).
