POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports the Latin America business unit and is responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Payables for multiple legal entities. Performs moderately complex AP activities in accordance with policies, principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Analyze accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper accounting treatment
+ Perform detailed reconciliations (vendor, intercompany, and aging) and investigate variances
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex discrepancies across invoices, payments, and master data
+ Analyze expenses by profit center and provide insights on variances or inconsistencies
