POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the Latin America business unit and is responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Payables for multiple legal entities. Performs moderately complex AP activities in accordance with policies, principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper accounting treatment
Perform detailed reconciliations (vendor, intercompany, and aging) and investigate variances
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex discrepancies across invoices, payments, and master data
