About the Opportunity

Trade Finance Program Administration

• Serve as the primary administrator of the company’s trade finance facility, owning the analysis, reporting, and compliance that keep each financed purchase order on track from drawdown through repayment.
• Maintain the tracking and forecasting that tie financed inventory to its repayment schedule, analyzing how orders and collections are progressing to anticipate funding and repayment needs.
• Prepare timely, accurate reporting to our banking partners, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met and proactively flagging risks to management and the bank.
• Reconcile trade finance balances against inventory and receivables, and coordinate repayments across the company’s credit facilities.
