Senior Accountant

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the accounts payable and financial services work team at Fromex.
• Manage accounts payable USA invoicing at Fromex.
• Prepare and manage daily, monthly book reports and analysis of shipments, delays.
• Be the link between customer account collections and risks in compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and problems by applying the billing processes and interacting with other departments and customer service to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice corrections.
• Supervise customer order hold postings related to credit, pricing, taxes and commissions.
• Record journal entries and perform reconciliations for intercompany receivables, commission and tax on shipments.
• Generate and reconcile monthly tax record on shipments for preparation of state tax returns on shipments.
