Our client seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting and operations. Ideal candidates will have a CPA designation or are CPA candidates nearing certification, with at least 4 years of accounting experience. Responsibilities include payroll management using QuickBooks, audit preparation, tax filings, and supporting business planning and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage payroll for approximately 20 staff in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare corporate tax compliance filings efficiently
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation support
• Oversee intercompany transactions and total monthly transactions
