Responsibilities
+ Prepare and maintain financial records and reports of multiple general ledgers for a multi-entity company.
+ Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording a variety of transactions each month and performing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts as part of month and year-end close.
+ Reconcile various intercompany accounts to ensure transactions are recorded in the proper period and agree to related company balances.
+ Record bi-weekly payroll journal entries and applicable payroll accruals.
