Semiconductor Yield & Defect Management Engineer

United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) is seeking a Defect Management (DM) Process Engineer to drive process stability and defect reduction for wafer yield breakthroughs. Use data analytics and sampling strategies while collaborating with product and process owners to tackle yield issues.

You will monitor in-line defect abnormalities, support ramp-up and new process implementations, and define inspection tool recipes to improve detection.
