Position Summary
The Security Specialist is responsible for providing technical support in development, implementation, and monitoring of the program's Cybersecurity Plan and Processes, to include plans, reports, inspections, training, and related activities.
Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government security clearance to be retained in the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
+ Develops and maintain cybersecurity plans and processes in accordance with component policies.
+ Supports policy development and planning.
+ Assist in the development of security technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and analyzes the sensitivity of information and reviews vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow.
