Protect guests and ensure safety as a Security Officer at Gateway Casino. This part-time role requires vigilant oversight, customer service excellence, and compliance with gaming regulations.
As a Security Officer, you will monitor activities on the gaming floor, respond quickly to guest inquiries, and enforce access control measures. You'll work in a dynamic environment while maintaining safety protocols and conducting necessary investigations to ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the gaming floor and respond to inquiries
• Control access to sensitive areas of the facility
• Oversee alarm panels and issue keys as necessary
• Document incidents and maintain detailed logs
• Provide First Aid when required
Requirements:
• Six months of security experience
• High-level customer service skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication abilities
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
