The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security officers assigned to multiple client sites. This position ensures that security personnel perform their duties professionally, comply with company policies and client expectations, and maintain a safe and secure environment. The Field Supervisor conducts site inspections, responds to incidents, provides coaching and training, and serves as the primary liaison between management, clients, and field staff.
