SECURITY ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION)

Summary You will serve as a SECURITY ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION) in the NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC) of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will perform a variety of security, administrative and supply assistant functions in support of the Non Guard Security organization. You will perform and/or monitor standardized aspects of established security program operations. You will prepare a variety of reports and will maintain the required records for all functions in the Non Guard Security tasks from such as Entry Control, Armory functions to include physical security functions to prevent a reoccurrence of problems. You will use knowledge of Non-Guard Security supply requirements to ensure supply support for the organization. You will review requisitions, supporting documents, and reference material to determine priority supply action required, the status of action, changes in requirements and unexpected requirements, and to expedite delivery of urgently required items. ...
