Section Manager (Fixed Assets & CAPEX)

The Fixed Assets and CAPEX Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the organization’s fixed assets, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and grant‑funded assets, while ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and effective cash flow management. This role leads the Fixed Assets team in maintaining accurate asset records, monitoring capital investments and grant utilization, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation of assets, and conducting regular asset sighting exercises to verify asset existence and integrity. The incumbent plays a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making through financial analysis, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous process improvement in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
