Marmot Basin seeks a full-time Avalanche Technician for their Safety Operations Department. This role targets individuals aspiring to grow into tech leadership, offering hands-on experiences in managing avalanche risks. The selected candidates will rotate between shifts of nine to ten-and-a-half hours to ensure operational readiness. Team members will work outside under various weather conditions to uphold safety standards.
