+ To establish and monitor key performance indicators as mutually agreed with customers
+ To identify root cause and the necessary corrective action, and follow through the execution until problem resolution
+ To assist in contract management, credit facility review and account receivable control when required
+ To monitor operational and administrative processes such as rates administration, quote management, invoicing and claims handling
