**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Scrum Master** to join our innovative team. This is a **REMOTE** position.
The Scrum Master operates as a dedicated servant-leader whose primary objective is to ensure that individual Agile development and configuration teams function at peak efficiency. This role serves as a critical facilitator at the tactical team level to shield engineers and maximize delivery velocity.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Facilitating critical team-level Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
+ Actively shielding developers, APEX engineers, and Oracle configuration specialists from external organizational distractions.
+ Aggressively clearing operational blockers and program-level impediments that cross individual team boundaries.
