Scrum Master - Financial Services Client

Type: 9 m contract + extensions

Hybrid 2-3 days a week downtown Toronto

Rate: 45-47 on T4 OR 50-55/hr incorporated

Work Breakdown:

~80% Agile ceremonies, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement

~20% administrative coordination and follow-ups (primarily afternoons)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Lead Scrum activities during morning hours in alignment with offshore teams
• Act as the primary point of coordination between offshore delivery teams and Toronto-based stakeholders
