This role is ideal for an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in a servant leadership environment and enjoys coaching cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll work with multiple Agile teams, mentor fellow Scrum Masters, and help advance Agile maturity across the organization while partnering with business and technology leaders.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 12 months
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple cross-functional Scrum teams.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
