This role will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor teams in Agile best practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills, along with a proven ability to foster high-performing Agile teams.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 12 months
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices.
+ Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.
+ Coach teams in Agile principles, self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
