Validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects and programs; adheres to metrics for project success and begins to suggest appropriate metrics; provides input to and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance)

• Validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects and programs; adheres to metrics for project success and begins to suggest appropriate metrics; provides input to and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
• Facilitates Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospectives and Daily Scrum (Stand Ups).
• Supports Product Owners in short and long term release planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog.
• Maintains clarity and enforcement of “Definition of Done”.
• Identifies risks to program success and escalates to m...
