Be a vital part of ScotiaMcLeod as a Branch Systems Administrator located in North York, Ontario. This role is focused on optimizing branch technology and supporting staff through effective IT solutions.
As the Systems Administrator, you will take a hands-on approach to address technical issues, ensuring all technology remains functional and efficient. Your role will also include acting as a liaison with both the Helpdesk and the Branch Training teams, facilitating basic application training, and escalating any difficult problems as necessary.
