School Facilities Caretaker & Maintenance Specialist

Downer Group in New Zealand seeks a dedicated Caretaker to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of our school facilities, specifically Matua Ngaru School in Kumeu, as part of the NZ Schools PPP3 project.

You will oversee routine and ad‑hoc maintenance, deliver services per contractual obligations, interpret performance standards, respond to School Operator requests, and support school projects while communicating with stakeholders.
