The Shiftleader ensures the organization and smooth operation of shifts. He is responsible for assigned shifts, wellbeing and safety of crew and guests. He leads and motivates the team to meet the restaurant's goals.
The Shift Coordinator sets a good example and pays special attention to standards for food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene, complying with applicable legal regulations.
