Scheduling Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient phone calls.
- Schedule patient appointments for multiple locations.
- Triage patient calls efficiently and effectively.
- Answer patient questions with confidence.
- Obtain and enter new patient demographics into EHR software.
- Assist with incoming patient referrals.
- Provide excellent patient service.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Basic computer skills.
