Scale Management Associate Program - 24 Months Fast Track

EY SCALE is a 24-month management associate program at EY in Singapore, designed for early talents about to start their professional journey. You will be mentored by senior leaders and rotate through four tracks: Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon Transformative Strategy and Transactions, and Tax.

The program begins with an 18-month core service line immersion followed by 6 months of cross-service line exploration, with emphasis on leadership development and rapid career progression.
