Opportunity Description
Tiong Bahru Bakery is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member in our Singapore central kitchen to prepare a variety of savoury items and support both Savoury and Pastry teams.
You will manage dough handling, mixing, rolling, shaping, and baking with consistency, maintain FIFO and labeling, and ensure everything meets our quality standards.
The role requires independence, strong teamwork, good communication and time management, with a focus on hygiene and safety.
