Drive successful SAP S/4HANA adoption by designing and delivering engaging end-user training and learning solutions that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence needed for deployment and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver SAP end-user training materials and learning content
- Coordinate training schedules, workshops and virtual learning sessions
- Work closely with Functional Leads and Change Management teams to identify training requirements
- Maintain training documentation, user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge articles
- Support Train-the-Trainer activities across regional deployment teams
