Essential Skills Proven expert-level SAP functional experience (multiple modules advantageous) Strong track record translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions Deep experience across AS IS / TO BE modelling and business blueprinting Hands-on involvement in global rollouts, cutover, and hypercare environments Solid understanding of integration design across SAP and non-SAP systems Advanced troubleshooting capability with root cause analysis at L3 level Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery (Jira, Xray, Confluence) Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation directly with senior stakeholders and SMEs Design future-state (TO BE) processes and translate them into robust functional solutions Own functional design, configuration concepts, and implementation execution Drive master data readiness , migration support, and go-live quality Partner with technical teams on integrations (IDoc, RFC, APIs, XML) and validate delivery Lead and execute te...
