SAP SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT (TALENT)

About the role

We're looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant to support and enhance Talent Management solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement across Performance, Succession, Learning and Employee Experience.

Duties

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration and testing for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders, business users and technical teams to deliver enhancements, continuous improvement and project outcomes.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning & Development and related Employee Central integrations.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, UAT, defect management, cutover activities and post go-live support.
