SAP Program Manager

HR The SAP Program Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership and integrated oversight to ensure successful delivery of the program across all workstreams, including functional, technical, data, and change.

• Develops and manage the integrated program plan, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, cost, and interdependencies, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies in collaboration with the Program Leadership Team.
• Work closely with the PMO to prepare stage gate materials, including program scope, integrated plans, and business case, to support governance approvals and progression through design and build phases.
• Ensure adherence to client project delivery standards, SAP best practices, and governance frameworks, while serving as the primary escalation point to senior leadership (VP, SAP Plus) for critical decisions and issues impacting scope, budget, or timeline.
