Opportunity Description
- Establish and drive program governance framework, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology, quality gates, and compliance requirements.
- Lead end-to-end PMO operations including planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery governance across all workstreams.
- Manage program-level planning (scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies) and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Provide executive reporting (RAG status, dashboards, KPIs) and insights to leadership and steering committees.
- Maintain and govern RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation and escalation management.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication across business, IT, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Support and facilitate governance forums (SteerCo, program reviews, leadership meetings, CAB).
