Opportunity Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a SAP PP/QM Consultant for their San Jose, CA/ Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PP and QM configuration and solution design.
+ Configure and support core PP functions: material master (MRP views), BOMs, work centers/resources, routings, production versions, MRP, capacity planning, production orders, and repetitive/process manufacturing.
+ Configure and support QM functions: inspection plans, inspection lots, quality notifications, sampling procedures, results recording, certificates of analysis, and integration with PP/MM/SD.
+ Support integration of PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, and shop floor/MES systems (e.g., Werum, Camstar, or custom MES) relevant to battery cell/module manufacturing.
+ Partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to design solutions supporting pilot line and gigafactor...
