SAP OCM Lead for S/4HANA Fashion Adoption

Bull City Talent Group is seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to lead the change workstream on an S/4HANA Fashion implementation. You will drive user adoption, readiness, and organizational alignment through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires proven OCM experience on SAP implementations, fluency in Spanish and English, and travel to Colombia 2–3x during the project. Experience with SAP Activate OCM and SAP Enable Now is highly preferred.
