Key Responsibilities
- Regular interaction with various teams for all upcoming changes, coordinate with teams when conflicts arise.
- Ensure system support documentation is kept up to date and contains changes because of any upgrades and redesigns.
- Handle installation, maintenance and support of complex technical infrastructures, hardware, and systems software components.
- Administer and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved.
- Provide expert technical direction to other team members.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
