Responsibilities

• Report generation of customer office activities
• Meeting coordination with SAP user groups
• Follow up the status of customer office procedures
• Follow up customer satisfaction Survey
• Support incidents and recommend basic steps

Qualifications

• Must be a current university student in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Administration, or related courses
• Preferably graduating at the end of 2025
• Intermediate / advanced English skills
• MS Office intermediate/advanced proficiency
