SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

SAP HCM Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll. Hands-on experience with Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Functions & Operations. Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Experience in Time Management and Leave Administration. Understanding of statutory payroll requirements and payroll reporting. Experience in integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors is preferred. Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills. SAP HCM Payroll Certification (preferred). Experience in global payroll implementations/support projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes. Work on Payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and personnel calculations.
