**Summary**
The SAP Configuration Analyst is responsible for supporting NYPA’s SAP financial application and its related modules (ECC & S4 Hana). This role is critical for coordinating and executing recurring system maintenance activities, including modifications to system functionality (system configuration) to meet NYPA’s business requirements. The analyst ensures that these modifications are thoroughly tested within the SAP environment.
Responsibilities include developing test plans, coordinating testing activities related to SAP legal compliance patches, and managing system upgrades in collaboration with end-users. The analyst will also facilitate the transition of applications from implementation to post-implementation support, including providing training and user assistance programs.
