+ Disassemble and assemble production equipment for thorough cleaning.
+ Follow Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) for cleaning food-grade production equipment.
+ Operate high-pressure, hot water sprayers to ensure effective sanitation.
+ Perform hand scrubbing tasks as necessary to maintain cleanliness.
+ Assist in staying current on the Master Sanitation schedule to uphold hygiene standards.
