Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct and control operations of COBIA Salon in Kamloops
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- As needed, perform hairdressing duties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Hairstylist or related
- Language in the workplace is English
