About the opportunity

The Business Systems Analyst Associate (Salesforce L1 Support) will be part of the support function responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support & system administration for Salesforce. This support administrator will act as the interface between business owners, other internal stakeholders & technology in order to administer and enhance the system.

The role of Salesforce will ideally reside in Manila, Philippines. This role will report directly to the IT Associate Manager for the Asia Pacific region and shift will be during North American hours (US time zone).

What you'll get to do

• Provide level 1 support to all end users on Salesforce.
• Ensure that support service levels are maintained.
• Manage the exception queue in Salesforce and ensure that cases are promptly transferred to the correct team.
