Salesforce Developer, Solution Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer and Solution Designer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise and strong technical judgment to solve complex challenges and help shape the platform’s evolution across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/Data360, Agentforce, and the Lightning Platform.

We are transforming our CRM environment into a more intelligent, automated, and agentic platform that helps sales teams work more effectively. This role is foundational to that transformation, connecting data architecture, AI, and platform modernization. You will lead two related workstreams: building a clean, unified Salesforce data foundation across Sales Cloud and Data360, and configuring Agentforce agents that use that data to support sales workflows.
