Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of customer engagement solutions such as Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud), Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next/Engagement, Adobe Campaign, Braze and related MarTech platforms
- Analyze business requirements, facilitate workshops, challenge client needs, and translate marketing objectives into scalable solution designs
- Configure and deploy key capabilities including data ingestion, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, campaign management, activation and reporting
- Contribute to Data 360 initiatives including data modeling, identity resolution, customer profile unification, audience creation, activation and AI-driven use cases
- Support end-to-end project delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and hypercare.
